The easiest and fastest way to find the product(s) you're looking for is to do a search. You will find the search bar in the Right-Hand Menu which you will find on all pages, and also in the Top-Menu to the right.
If just want to browse a particular product type or category, you can select these in our SHOP menu which is in the top menu bar on the right-hand-side or in the product filter in the Left-Hand Menu Bar on the SHOP page. MOBILE:If using our mobile site, all of these options are available by tapping on the MENU button at the top-left of your screen.

There are many options for navigating the BodyJewelery.com.au site. If you are trying to figure out how to navigate our products or just find a particular one, see above to find out how.
If you need a bit of help with our site, products, sizing, shipping or anything else to do with OZ Body Jewellery, you should find everything you need in the right-Had Menu of our HELP CENTER. We have tried where possible to simplify our whole site to make sure that when we think you might need to know something it is right there for you. QUICK DESKTOP TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a click-able link. You'll notice that any time you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow".

As our main office is situated in Australia, OZ Body Jewellery's main (default) currency is in Australia Dollars (AUD) and, as such, is the currency that all orders will revert to at checkout.

You will be emailed your account and log-in information not long after submitting your information. If you don't receive an email or have issues signing up for an account, just head on over to our CONTACT US page and follow the relevant links.

To edit any of your account details including your postal address and other contact details, simply click this "My Account" link or the one in the Left-Hand Menu. Once you are on the "My Account" Page, simply log in (if your aren't already). From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and account details.

Don't Stress, just click this "Lost Password" link to solve this problem. You can also click this My Account link or the one in the Left-Hand menu. Once you are on the "My Account" Page, under the login button you will see a link that says "Lost your password?. Click on this link to solve you password woes.

It is for this reason that we have attempted to provide as much information about each of our products as possible so that our customers can make the most informed decision about their purchase.


Throughout the OZ Body Jewellery website we have tried our best to provide you with all relevant information we think you will need, right at your finger-tips. In our product descriptions you will find information links that are relevant to the product being viewed, these include: Shipping Costs, Body Jewellery Sizing Information, Jewellery Sizing Information and Product Colour Information. Clicking on these links will display a summary of the information, so you can make an accurate decision about the product without the fuss of having to search for postage costs or a size/colour chart.

At OZ Body Jewellery we will always work our hardest to make and keep our customers satisfied (where possible). Unfortunately, though, unless it is the direct result of a mistake made by OZ Body Jewellery we are only able to place a new order for the correct item at the additional cost of the customer and only when full payment for the item has been received. If the issue is a direct result of a mistake made by OZ Body Jewellery, we will replace the item and may ask for the return of the incorrect item, all at our cost. Although it is extremely rare that you would receive an incorrect product, accidents can happen. If you feel that you have received the wrong product, simply click on this I received the wrong product or item in my order, or just head on over to our CONTACT US page and follow the relevant links and we will contact you to resolve the issue. NOTE: You MUST contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.

We ship to most countries internationally. The easiest way to find out if OZ Body Jewellery does ship to your country is to create an account by clicking this "Join OZ Body Jewellery" link or the one in the Left-Hand Menu. During sign-up we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the drop down menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

WE COMBINE SHIPPING, SHIPPING COST IS NOT PER ITEM:

Order more than one item of anything in our store and we will only charge you the shipping cost of the item with the highest shipping cost. This is the total shipping costs of your order.

You will find our Shipping charges on our Shipping & Returns page. Shipping options can be selected prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order within 24-48 hours after we receive payment from you.

You order is processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving full payment. All products are shipped from our warehouse in Victoria, Australia. Depending on your method of payment, charges should appear on your credit card or account no later that 12 hours after the transaction is completed. If you have selected to pay by bank transfer, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to clear (depending on your bank) and be aware that your order will not ship until full payment has been received.

You should receive an email to your nominated email address when your order has been packaged and shipped. To find out where your order is up to, click this "My Account" link or the one to the left. Once you are on the "My Account" Page, simply log in (if your aren't already) and click on the "Orders" link in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen. This will display a list of your current orders, and finding out about an order is as easy as clicking on that order. If you have an order, you should have a tracking number displayed (unless it was sent as a Small Package, see SHIPPING & RETURNS) and can TRACK YOUR ORDER HERE

If you wish to change anything about your order you MUST get in contact with us as soon as possible to prevent your order from being processed. Tracking is not available on all orders. Click this "Shipping & Returns" link to find out which shipping options include tracking. If your shipping option includes tracking, you can click this "My Account" link or the one in the Left-Hand Menu, log in if you aren't already and then click on the "Orders" link. Here you should find all the tracking information listed under the order you are wanting to track. You can TRACK YOUR ORDER HERE. If you are experiencing issues tracking your order, just head on over to our CONTACT US page and follow the relevant links.

Click this "My Account" link or the one in the Left-Hand menu. Once you are on the "My Account" Page, simply log in (if your aren't already) and click on the "Orders" link in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already as some item ship separately. If your order included tracking, check your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, then check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your package(s) show a status of "completed" or you believe that your order is taking an unusually long time and does not have tracking, just head on over to our CONTACT US page and follow the relevant links.

BodyJewelery.com.au products ship from either our Main warehouse in Australia or from other locations globally. This is done to minimise the shipping costs and times (where possible) for our customers and as a result means that items in your order may ship separately.
