My Account Help
For your piece of mind and safety we use PayPal secured checkout, Stripe & accept bank transfers. NOTE: Your order will not be shipped until your payment has been received.
No, there are no additional taxes on top of the listed purchase price on the OZ Body Jewellery Website.
Click this "My Account" link or the one in the Left-Hand Menu, log in if you aren't already and then click on the "Orders" link. This will display a list of your orders and will allow you to download and print your receipts/invoices.
Depending on your method of payment, charges should appear on your credit card or account no later that 12 hours after the transaction is completed. If you have selected to pay by bank transfer, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to clear (depending on your bank) and be aware that your order will not ship until full payment has been received.

Here you may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records to make sure everything is OK.
