Shipping
All products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Victoria, Australia. All shipping costs are in AUD.
Each product on OZ Body Jewellery is classed as either a Small Package or a Large Package. The highest postage cost in your order will determine your total shipping fee.
If your order only contains Small Package items, shipping will be just $6. If one item is classed as Large Package, your order will ship at the Large Package rate of $14. Tracking is only available with Large Package (Parcel Post) or Express Post.
- Small Package: $6.00 (budget postage, no tracking)
- Large Package: $14.00 (Parcel Post, includes tracking)
- Express Post: $17.50 (includes tracking)
- FREE Shipping: On all orders over $99 (Australia only)

What happens if orders are lost or stolen?
With the exception of Small Package (“budget postage”), all orders include a unique tracking ID. This makes following your order right up to your door simple and easy.
If you have placed an order, you can TRACK YOUR ORDER HERE. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout and that there is a secure place for delivery. OZ Body Jewellery does everything possible to ensure safe arrival, but we cannot be held liable for parcels lost or stolen after delivery, or for incorrect delivery due to an address error.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return items?
OZ Body Jewellery only accepts returns where we are at fault — for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item. Every product is carefully quality checked and packed with care. More details are in our Terms & Conditions.
What items can’t I return?
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size, or incorrect colour choice.
All product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible, but variations in colour may occur due to screen settings. Please confirm your sizing using our Product Sizing Information guide before purchase. Our Shopping Guarantees also apply.

What are my options if I have a returnable item?
If your item is returnable (e.g., incorrect or defective), you can choose to have it replaced at our cost or receive a full refund (including shipping). Return postage will be covered by us.
Will I have to pay the shipping costs to return my item(s)?
No. All return postage costs are fully covered by OZ Body Jewellery.
How long does it take to process a return/refund?
Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 business days after receiving your return. Full process may take up to four weeks including shipping and bank processing.
What do I do to return an item?
Please complete the Returns Form below. We usually respond within 24 hours to confirm and commence the return process.
Will I be contacted when the return is processed?
Yes. You will receive an email once your return has been finalised and accepted.
