Shipping and Returns
All Products we sell on OZ Body Jewellery are sent from our warehouse in Victoria, Australia. All Shipping costs listed below are in Australian Dollars.
All products on OZ Body Jewellery have their individual postage class listed in their descriptions, these are either SMALL PACKAGES or LARGE PACKAGES. The final postage cost is determined by the item with the highest postage cost. So, for example, if you just buy a few items of Body Jewellery that are all classed as SMALL PACKAGES then all you will pay is the SMALL PACKAGE price for shipping, which is only $3.50. If one of your items is classed as a LARGE PACKAGE then you shipping cost for the total order will be the LARGE PACKAGE shipping cost of $10.50. We also have Express Shipping available and if your spend over $69, SHIPPING IS FREE (Australia ONLY, see below for Overseas). You can select your shipping method at checkout.

Overseas Customers Only (Shipping Costs, Customs & Taxes)
Despite OZ Body Jewellery being created out of a desire to provide all Australia’s with access the a wide range of Body Jewellery at a reasonable price, we do still ship to most other countries. However, if you are overseas please be aware that we cannot provide tracking for your package unless the EXPRESS COURIER Option is required (Please contact us for pricing). Any customs and import issues including any taxes, tariffs and item seizures are the sole responsibility of the customers. We generally dispatch your package as a “gift” or declare the value at a lower price, but we can not guarantee that there is no tax. Please ensure to check with your Countries customs office before placing your order if you are unsure.

PLEASE NOTE: No Tracking is available for international orders, unless EXPRESS COURIER Option is selected as postage method.
What happens if orders are lost or stolen?
With the exception of our SMALL PACKAGE (“budget postage”) Option & all Overseas Shipping (except EXPRESS COURIER), all orders placed at OZ Body Jewellery currently come with their own unique tracking ID. This makes tracking your order right up to your door a breeze.
If you have an order, you are able to TRACK YOUR ORDER HERE. Please be aware, though, that it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided upon checkout. It is also the customers responsibility to ensure that the delivery address has a secure place for delivery. Rest assured that OZ Body Jewellery does everything in it’s power to ensure that your package arrives safely. If orders are lost or stolen once they have been delivered, or they are delivered to the wrong address, OZ Body Jewellery can not be held liable. Returns & Refunds
Can I return items?
OZ Body Jewellery accepts returns that are a result of our error, for example if you received an incorrect or defective item. OZ Body Jewellery always ensures all our products are high quality, in addition to this the highest level of care is taken when packing and shipping your item. What items can’t I return?
We do not offer refunds or returns on incorrectly purchased items (eg, wrong size or colour) or because of change of mind. All product information and images on our website represent our products as close to the actual colour/style/size as possible, honoring our SHOPPING GUARANTEES. Although this is the case, slight variations in colour may occur due to different graphics and screen settings and capabilities, things which are out of our control. We also encourage all customers to make sure their sizing is correct by checking our page on BODY JEWELLERY SIZING as well as following the relevant links provided on each product page that will give them all of the information they will require to make an informed decision. We are available through our CONTACT US should you require any additional assistance. Simply follow the relevant links and we will assist you in any way possible, but will not be liable and no refunds or returns will be given.
What are my options if I have a Returnable Item?
If there is a problem with your product(s) that is a direct result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), you will have the choice to have the item re-sent to you at our cost or you can be refunded in full, including shipping. We will also require you to return the incorrect item at our cost (see below).
Will I have to pay the shipping costs to return my item(s)?
>NO. Because we only accept returns as a result of our error or if the item has been accepted as a damaged return, all shipping costs will be covered by OZ Body Jewellery. This will either be through a refund to the customer, or by directly paying to have your items(s) returned to us and/or our supplier.
How long does it take to process a return/refund?
The return/refund will generally be finalised four weeks after the items are given to the return shipper. Though, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner than this. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
What do I do to return an item?
If you need to return an item fill out the Return Form below and we will contact you (usually within 24 hours) to resolve the issue and/or commence the return process.
Will I be contacted when the return is processed?
Customers will be informed by e-mail when the return process is completed. Refund will only be issued once items are accepted as returnable and received by our office. After this you will receive an email notifying you of your return completion.
